This piece asks you to stay with it a little longer than usual. The text is layered and compressed so it doesn’t resolve at a glance. You have to slow down, trace the forms, and let the words surface on their own time. It's often surprised me how many people are unable to untangle the words and even make an educated guess.

That friction matters to me. It mirrors how attention used to work before everything was engineered for speed—when reading meant sitting still and thinking instead of scrolling past.

Hanging on a wall, it creates a quiet interruption. A reminder that focus takes effort, and that effort is still worth making.
